Travel
Our address is: 36 Whitehouse St, Hunslet, Leeds, LS10 1AD.
The easiest way to arrive at and leave the venue is via taxi.
Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is Brookfield Street which is a 9 minute walk from Beaverworks. The last bus arrives to this stop at 23:40 on Friday and Saturday nights. There are no night buses after this for getting to or leaving the venue.
Walking
Beaverworks is roughly a 30 minute walk from the city-centre. This walk takes you along main roads and through industrial areas, so getting a taxi is recommended.
Medical Emergencies
Immediately inform the bar or security staff of any medical emergencies that occur during an event.
Cloakroom
Normally our cloakroom is in our warehouse room but if closed, please ask the staff behind the main bar.
Dress Code
There is no set dress code for entry.
Some events may have an optional dress theme, check Beaverworks social media pages and ticketing sites for event-specific information.

Please note we are not responsible for any personal items lost at the venue.
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
Refunds for cancelled and rescheduled events are at the discretion of the event promoter, in line with their specific T&Cs. If no information is given by the promoter regarding refunds for a cancelled or rescheduled event, please contact them and/or your ticket agent.
Entry Policy
Everybody arriving at Beaverworks needs a valid 18+ ID and event ticket for entry.
You will be searched on arrival, and prohibited items will be confiscated.
Security staff may refuse entry if you are intoxicated, possess dangerous, illegal, and/or prohibited items, or are behaving threateningly.
Drug Policy
Illegal drugs will be confiscated on entry, and your entry may be refused. If you are caught using illegal drugs, you will be removed from the venue.
Food and Drinks
Personal food and drinks are not allowed inside and will be confiscated on entry.
There is a bar with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and food may be available at specific events.
If food items are needed for medical reasons, please discuss this with security staff prior to entering the venue.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside the venue and will be confiscated by security, possibly resulting in the refusal of entry without refund.

• Legal highs
• Professional cameras and recording equipment
• Food
• Liquid
• Gum
• Bottles
• Explosives and fireworks
• Weapons or anything which may be used as a weapon
All bags will be searched and bags exceeding A4 size will have to left in the cloakroom, no exceptions.
Can I buy an event ticket on the door?
It is recommended that you buy a ticket to an event online. Event tickets may be available on the door: check with the event promoter.
Where can I keep up to date with events?
Accessibility
There is a ramp for entry to the venue, 2 disabled toilets & on site medics. If you require any assistance, please speak to security or venue staff prior to entering the venue. The only non-accessible room is the basement.
Cash and Card
The bar accepts both cash and card payment.
Set Times
Set times may be released via the event promoter’s social media pages. They may also be shared on Beaverworks social media pages and our Whatsapp Community.
Ear-plugs
Please protect your hearing and bring your own earplugs.
Earplugs may be available at the bar.
Fairground Rides
Some events may operate fairground rides. You can pay via cash or card at the ride.
Please ensure you are medically fit and in a suitable condition for the ride.
Venue Hire
Beaverworks is available to hire for events with up to 4000 attendees.
Sub-venue hire of specific rooms is also available.
